Previous training record
I first started training muay thai at the age of 7 years old in my home town of Kanthalarom. I studied with my father who had previously been a professional Muay Thai Boxer also. Training consisted of running, skipping, shadow boxing and pad work. I have trained most days of the week for most of my life, up until the age of 20 where i became a Muay thai Boxing Trainer.
When i was 15 years old i started training with a group of boys in a nearby town where i stayed for 2 years. At 18 i moved to bangkok to comence intensive training at the Aswindum Muay Thai Gym and stadium. I lived and trained everyday with a man named Sumlarnsuk Muang Surin who is a previous world champion Muay Thai Boxer and also learnt valuable skills of teaching muay thai to foreigners.
At 19 years old i trained in Saraburi for a year and then returned to Bangkok to train with the national team in Thailand until i became a trainer in a southern province of Thailand.

Daily tasks
Teach the basics of muay thai to foreigners
Train with foreigners to expand their muay thai skills
Hold Pads for thais and foreigners alike
Prepare fighters for fighting inc training, advice, and preparing them just before fighting (applying vasaline, oil, gloves ect)
Working beside the ring to coach fighters whist fighting
Teaching the Wai Kru and explaining the history of Muay thai to foreigners
I have previously volenteered at a number of places including MarHaa Witaya in Sisaket, and the Gym of Thailand's national team. Have also been the main trainer for my younger sister and 9 time world champion Jumyut Ying Giatnorwor ( Bukaidaow Pramaree).

First fight- 8 years old
Fought in the Northeastern muay thai championships in 2001 and came first in my weight group(44 kilos)- 15 years old
Fought in the Northeastern Muay thai championships in 2002 and came first in my weight group(49 kilos)- 16 years old
Fought in the world championships in 2006 and came second in my weight group (63.5kilos) out of 82 countries- 20 years old
